We are not a resort on the beach. We don't have five restaurants or a swim-up bar. What we do have are comfortable beds, clean rooms, and a fair price with a wide variety of in-unit amenities.

I love the room that I got. It was clean the bathroom as well. I felt like home. The staff were Soo kind the breakfast is excellent. I love pineapple court hotel. I stayed there for my birthday yesterday and it was a 10/10! Still can't get over the room it was well kept!
A nice small comfy resort. Reasonable price. Pleasant staff. Nice comfortable beds. Fan and AC. Nice small pool. TV works. Bathroom. A nice walk to downtown area: restaurants, super markets, banks and ATMs. It's on a quiet side street off main street. Yes I'm returning in October. My chill spot.
What time is check-in?
Check-in is 3:00 pm at all four places, and check-out is 11:00 am. At Pineapple Court you check in at the property's welcome desk.
Which place is best for a big group?
Miramar Villas: six bedrooms, room for up to 12 Guests, beachfront at Old Fort Bay with a pool, a full kitchen, and villa staff to welcome you. For a smaller group, Jade @ Lancewood has three en-suite bedrooms and a shared pool.
Are meals included?
At the Suites at Pineapple Court, complimentary breakfast for two is included and the on-site restaurant is open. Miramar Villas, Tranquility Cove and Jade @ Lancewood each have a full kitchen, so you can cook for yourselves or eat out along the north coast.
How much does a stay cost?
Rates depend on the place, your dates and how many of you are coming. Send your dates with the form, or text 404-424-3157, and we'll reply with availability and a price.
I'm coming home to see family. Can I stay on my own terms?
Yes. That's one of the reasons Cozy Places exists: so you can spend time with family in Jamaica while keeping your own independence and privacy. Tell us where your family is and how many of you are staying, and we'll suggest the place that fits.
How close are the beaches?
Miramar Villas is beachfront. The Suites at Pineapple Court are about 800 m from Mahogany Beach. Tranquility Cove is a few minutes from the beaches in Tower Isle, and Jade @ Lancewood is in Ocho Rios too, 15 minutes from the heart of town.
Are the places secure?
Every one of our places has security. Miramar Villas and Jade @ Lancewood are in gated communities with 24-hour security, and Jade adds external security cameras. Tranquility Cove is in a gated community with manned security, and the Suites at Pineapple Court have security on site. Tranquility Cove and Jade both have an electronic smart lock on the front door.
